Westminster Dubai Mall

The staff helped me with local info on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need: Wi-Fi, outdoor dining, fitness centre, massage, laundry. Coming back for Xmas!

The venue had it all. the luxurious amenities were top-notch, from the service to the Spa & wellness centre, everything was perfect. the swimming pool was refreshing and inviting, with sun loungers to relax on the sun terrace. the Spa centre was tranquil with a steam room and sauna to unwind in.

There were no downsides to this hotel at all. Though, if we had to, the only thing was that the pool had a shallow end.

The hotel's decoration was charming and elegant, with beautiful traditional Arabian touches that made me feel immersed in the local culture. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it convenient for senior people to move around comfortably. Accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with well-lit and easily navigable corridors, making my stay delightful.

Better accommodation for senior people by providing assistance with luggage would have made the vacation even more enjoyable.

Great location with direct access to main mall. Access to hotel facilities such as gym and pool available. Room with balcony had impressive city views at night. Quick response from attentive host via WhatsApp. Easy to communicate with staff through SMS.

We had a noise issue due to the bustling highways, but the management addressed it promptly. The location was really good, right inside Dubai Mall. We recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The view from our balcony was fine, great to enjoy the city skyline and feel immersed in the bustling atmosphere. the room size was excellent, providing us with ample space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

There were a few negatives. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with uncollected trash and surprising items found in the comforter.

The studio at Westminster Dubai Mall was like a cozy home away from home. The kitchen had everything I needed to whip up a quick meal, and the private balcony overlooked the amazing Burj Khalifa.

I personally found the separate bathtub and shower a bit inconvenient, but I can see how others might enjoy it.

It's easy to get to various restaurants and shopping malls, as you can walk to the mall, which is close by. Rooms are spacious and have great views of the city. The bathroom is clean and neat.

Can't say I enjoyed waiting two hours for a check-in agent who conveniently forgot to mention the independent check-in procedure. Such a thoughtful surprise!

The air-conditioned studio with a private balcony and a full view of Burj Khalifa was an absolute delight. Watching the city come alive with twinkling lights in the evening from the balcony felt like being in the middle of a starry galaxy. The experience was magical.

The receptionist Iman was very helpful and made us feel comfortable. The hotel is directly linked to Dubai Mall and our apartment had a partial view of the Burj Khalifa.

The apartment was cleaned daily, and the swimming pool and fitness center were top-notch. I had the best time and will definitely be coming back!
